Ben’s Bouncy Castle Hire is a small friendly family business based in Warfield Berkshire. The main aim of our company is to ensure that whilst you are having fun at your parties or events you and your children are safe at all times.

As a company we are currently registered with the BIHA (British Inflatable Hirers Association) and we ensure that all the equipment we purchase is from registered manufacturers. All castles are required to meet safety standards including certification testing. All of our castles are tested yearly to ensure compliance with these standards.

               Let’s talk about our service……….

The installer will always be on time, a time which is arranged in advance and that is convenient with you the paying customer!

 Bookings taken in advance will be confirmed in writing and also we will ensure you receive a courtesy call the day before to confirm the time and delivery point of the equipment.

If at anytime we are unable to hire equipment to you because of a high volume of bookings we will ensure we will do our very best in putting you in touch with other local companies charging similar prices to help your event go ahead as planned.  

 The installer will at all times wear an identification badge. If at anytime you are unhappy with the service you have received please contact us immediately to offer us the opportunity to rectify the problem.

 Once the equipment has been installed the hirer will be required to spend 5 minutes going through the safety procedures with the installer and the hirer will be given the opportunity to ask any questions.

As a company we are always looking at ways we can improve our working practices and procedures therefore we welcome any comments you may have. From time to time we may provide our customers with free promotional gifts. If you do not wish to receive these items please inform the installer at the time of hire or contact us immediately to enable us to ensure you are not disturbed in any way in the future.
